the server is connected now in the new location ... nicely hidden, but with real ethernet connection this time (no powerline anymore) and now also protected by an UPS :)
i will upload some pictures of the new "server room" soon :-)
we bought an HD camcorder from Canon a while ago and today i had the time to play around a bit with it and try to copy the recorded content from the camera to the PC and process it there.
